摘要

通过端环氧有机硅树脂(IOTA105-1000)与聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)反应得到端环氧聚醚有机硅,将端环氧聚醚有机硅与水性环氧乳化剂复配作为乳化剂,制备了新型有机硅改性环氧树脂乳液。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪对端环氧聚醚有机硅的结构进行表征并测试了有机硅改性环氧树脂乳液的稳定性。结果表明,端环氧聚醚有机硅添加量为20%(质量分数)时,改性环氧树脂乳液仍保持稳定,平均粒径为214nm。

Abstract

Epoxy(EP) terminated polyether silicone was prepared by reaction of EP silicone resin IOTA105-1000 and polyethylene glycol PEG-6000.The new EP resin emulsion was prepared by compounding EP terminated polyether silicone and waterborne EP emulsifier as emulsifier.The structure of EP polyether silicone was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and 1H-NMR,and the stability of silicone modified EP emulsion was tested.The results showed that the modified emulsion remained stable with an average particle size of 214nm when the EP polyether silicone content was 20%(mass fraction).
